Terms of the Feed subscription

7.1 The parties
Bunny Honey Club S.R.L., Strada Petricani 4, Demisol Boxa Nr. 10, 023842 București, Romania · J2024009993406 · RO50157240. Trassa is a trade name of Bunny Honey Club S.R.L.; the contract and the invoice are with it. We contract with businesses only, never with consumers.
7.2 What is delivered
Once a week a lead report: the newly published winners of public contracts in the countries of your subscription in your product class, from the whole country, your regions first. It comes as a page at your personal address and as a CSV table for your CRM. For each entry: the contracting authority, the winner with its fiscal code, the signature date, the value in the currency of the award (for contracts in RON with the ECB rate and that rate's date), the quantities the notice names in its own words, the window in which an enquiry makes sense, and the winner's switchboard and website. How many entries a week brings depends on what is published that week; no minimum number is agreed. With the add-on country Republic of Moldova, its newly published winners are added; there the date of the award decision stands in place of the signature date, because MTender publishes no signature date.
Feed+ contains the same and adds award volume, top contracting authority and account weight per winner, in the CSV — counted within our own data set. These terms apply to Feed and Feed+ alike.
7.3 Price and payment
Feed: €149 per month or €1,490 per year. Feed+: €449 per month or €4,490 per year. The price covers one country of your choice and one product class. Each additional product class and each additional country: €79 per month, twelve times that on the yearly price. The invoice and the price name every add-on separately. All prices are net; we sell to businesses only. Businesses in Romania: plus 21 % Romanian VAT (TVA). Businesses elsewhere in the EU (e.g. Germany, Austria): no Romanian VAT, reverse charge (Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC) — your VAT ID goes on the invoice. Businesses outside the EU: no Romanian VAT. We invoice in advance for the month or the year; the paid subscription starts when the payment arrives.
7.4 Trial
The first two weeks are free and need no payment details. The trial ends by itself; it does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.
7.5 Term and cancellation
The subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time: with the unsubscribe link in every delivery, by e-mail to info@trassainfra.com or by phone on +49 163 7830812. Unsubscribing stops delivery immediately; the subscription ends at the end of the paid month. On the yearly price it ends at the end of the paid year.
7.6 What the data can and cannot do
The source is the official contract-award notices: for Germany, Austria, the other EU countries and Switzerland the EU's Official Journal (TED, ted.europa.eu), for Romania SICAP (e-licitatie.ro), for the Republic of Moldova MTender (mtender.gov.md). TED holds only contracts above the EU thresholds; smaller contracts in those countries are not in the report. Every entry carries its notice number and a link to the original. What the notice says in its own words is marked stated; what we infer from the contract type, the CPV code or the construction period is marked inferred and names its basis. The amount in the currency of the award is binding; for contracts in RON the euro figure is a conversion at the ECB rate shown. Between signature and publication there are sometimes days and sometimes years; the date is on every entry. We know the contract, not the order: whether the winner buys within its own group, whether a financing clause delays the start or whether a construction phase goes ahead is in no notice. An entry points to a possible need — it is not an enquiry and not a promise of an order. Details: Where the data comes from.
7.7 No exclusivity
Every subscriber whose product class a notice concerns receives that notice. A subscription gives no exclusive right to a winner, a region or a product class.
7.8 What the Feed is not
We do not help anyone win tenders. We show you who has already won.
7.9 Your data
How we process your contact details as a subscriber is set out in the privacy notice.
